If you eat a really big wedge of cheese on SS, what can be expected?


I'm doing ss with two other friends and we're all 1 week in.

Just had a text from one of them saying they'd just eaten a very big wedge of full fat cheese and is panicking as we all have our weigh in tomorrow.

What damage has she done and will she see it on the scales?

Would there be any problems with keto and retaining fluid? I don't think there are many carbs in cheese, but would the fat knock someone out of keto or make them retain fluid?

If its 'proper' cheese and not 'plastic' cheese there shouldnt be any carbs. Cheese is better than chips or a mars bar ... I wouldnt worry too much but certainly wouldnt make a habit out of it.
