No Lol! I can't believe I was once a day last week with no exceptions, u know what I reckon it was? No Fruit hardly. I only had one banana a day and a few strawberries/grapes at Thursdays buffet and that was it. No other fruit, just all vegetables. X

Too much fruit definitely causes a blockage but its too much dairy which causes my belly ache. I feel ok when I actually eat fruit but I know within an hour of dairy, I struggled even with the little bit of cheesecake last night.x

Yep :-( I can kind of cope with pretty much no dairy but its awful not being able to eat more fruit, I think people think I don't want to eat it but that's really not true.x

As your belly hurts after eating dairy do you think you are lactose intolerant? I am, and I can still tolerate very small amounts (1 babybel and 1 laughing cow is about it). Otherwise I get belly pain, and depending on how much I eat, can urgently need the loo, you know what I mean

I'm glad your back feels better. Don't be embarrassed about spending a while on the loo. It's important to have a clear out or it starts to get really uncomfortable doesn't it.

What are the plans for today?

Today we are prepping for the BBQ, everyone is arriving at 2ish. Just choosing which dress to wear Im not sure about Lactose,the dr just reckons its all connected to my ibs :-( Im glad I got cleared out before everyone else got up, ready for the day ahead ;-) x

And you can indeed get vegetarian marshmallows, although generally just from health food shops and they are a bit pricey. You can make your own as well, which i have always been intrigued by but never done them myself. I think its one of those times that not having a sweet tooth means i don't really feel that motivated to bother with it.
