Good Afternoon Sweeties

Today has been a Productive Indoors Day!

I've made some Plans to make Frugal Veggie Chilli, Frugal Veggie Chilli and Frugal Shepherdless Pie, will get the remaining bits tomorrow and then I can have a Cook-a-Thon I had two aims, to get my Costings down and to create 3 Totally Differner Dishes despite the Basics (Mince, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic) being exactly the same!

My Friend kindly donated me 4 Bananas which she was going to chuck so I turned them into 24 x 5pp Banana & Sultana Muffins...

I will have used another 5 Weeklies by the end of the today so that's 19 (8+6+5) used, 30 to go! OMG these Weeklies to quickly once I put my mind to it!

What will your last Supper Indian consist of? I've only had one Indian in 21wks, just couldn't warrant spending the pp on it!!! X

It'll be chicken jalfrezi - quorn chicken for me! We'll have some naan and poppadoms too. Thing is, I have a curry planned for in the week once my Asda order comes but I imagine it'll be a lot less indulgent... still yummy though... I love Indian and Mexican food - both my favourites!! xxx

Banana curry is lush. I love nawabi curry the one at the indian by me had banana and fruit in it really delious. But I imagine coconut milk is high??
