    Hi everyone! I just joined. I wanted to find a forum where I can get advice as well as give it from personal experience.

    I got a question for everyone...

    If I walk 2.5 to 3.0 mph for 45minutes on a full incline (treadmill) a day every day of the week, will I lose weight? Keeping in mind I will be eating a good diet and I'm going from being almost completely inactive to this. lol

    any excersise,alongside a healthy diet and you will lose weight.
