Well I've ended up having 4 AP!! Which I didn't want to but ended up having a high pp dinner- was really lovely tho! I did walk 7 miles today to try n cover it a bit x

I know how weird! I had chicken topped with sour cream, hot salsa, crushed tortilla chips n sprinkled with cheese then baked - so so nice! Hot recipe off bbc good food live. Nutrition info on recipe worked out at 8pp but I used low fat cheese. I had that with peri peri chips n corn. 18 pp x

so I've ended up going over my dailies again today! So hungry on a thur being up since 4.30! Resisted a McDonald's n had my porridge but whist making sandwiches for the customers I kept nibbling at bits so I'm gonna call that 5pp, plus I had a few ginger bread mini men so that's 4pp! N that's while I was making them!

Earned 36 AP this wk walking 36 miles but eat 9 of them.

I'm going to try n have 3pp extra per day n then use 20 or so extra when we go to pics n meal Sunday! X
