Breakfast - Yog n bran flakes with milk - 8

Lunch - cinnamon n raisin bagel with banana -7

Dinner - chicken breast with nando's rub, new potatoes, salad n mayo - 10

Snacks - apple - 0
Ww choc n popcorn bar - 2
Baby bell light - 1
Ham - 1

Having a snacky day today ( totm) still within weeklies but need to stop now cos
it's boyfriend's birthday on sun n no doubt he'll want to go out for meal so need to save some for that!
