We all have our low days porterg1! I had a low week last week in fact. You can get through it, it wont make you feel better to reach for the comfort of food (even though you think it will) it'll just make you feel guilty afterwards that you did it (I know from experience). There is a "panic button" thread somewhere on here for moments like this.
Btw Gemma, welcome along! We all go to and fro with diets (lifestyle change!!) but eventually we find something that works for us. Propoints is the one for me, hope you find it good too hon x
