Hi everyone.

I'm still here! Currently 12lbs down in 1 month. Been following Slimfast for a few weeks but I have been referred to Weight Watchers by my doctor so I will be doing that once they call back.

Current goals are doing 10k steps a day and staying within calories.

How is everyone getting on?

Hello good luck on your journey. Well done on your loss so far.i am doing cambridge and up to last week I lost 2 stone since early August, unfortunately I am having a bit of disaster this week!

Good luck starting Weight Watchers! I don't know if you've done it before but it's changed a lot. A lot that's similar to Slimming World but you don't have to choose between cereal and bread so yay for that :)
