I'm back again!!

Hi everyone.

I'm still here! Currently 12lbs down in 1 month. Been following Slimfast for a few weeks but I have been referred to Weight Watchers by my doctor so I will be doing that once they call back.

Current goals are doing 10k steps a day and staying within calories.

How is everyone getting on?
 
Hello good luck on your journey. Well done on your loss so far.i am doing cambridge and up to last week I lost 2 stone since early August, unfortunately I am having a bit of disaster this week!
