 hello all!! I lost 7 stone last year the last three on lipotrim and exante.so I am a big exante fan. I have in the last few months lapsed big time. I had got down to 10st 5 and was thrilled, this is bad, i knew it was bad when i had to raid my hubbys wardrobe for jeans and it was time to get on the scales and face it. I dont want to shop for bigger clothes again and i have only joggers and jammies that fit!!! i'm now just over 12 st which compared to last years start is not too bad, to be honest i thought id be around 13 st. But anyway, it's a slippery slope and once i start on it i know im doomed. This site was amazing last time for support and encouragement from all you guys so I will be back on here every night for sure!! man its hard when the kids are surrounding me chomping on chocolates and christmas santas!!!but it's gotta be done, good luck to all of you and i hope you all achieve your goals this year! im looking forward to reading all your stories!:) jen

Welcome back Jen............the point is you came back and didn't carry on down that slippery slope. I am sure that you will be back in those smaller clothes before you know it. Good luck xx

Welcome back :) I'm really impressed that you've come back so quickly and not let it slip further. Hopefully you'll soon be able to lose it again, and then I guess as with the rest of us, it will be trying to find a way to get back to 'normal' and not put it on again... that's the scary bit!
Anyway, welcome and good luck. Really hope you get into ketosis quickly and start to feel fantastic again. xx

Just a minute, did I write that???

I've got to goal a couple of times but I've let things slip again so I'll be joining you tomorrow. Let's do this together and enjoy a slinky summer.

See you tomorrow with my first weigh in, aargh, not looking forward to that.

Gina

Does anyone know if you can have two shakes instead of a shake and a soup? Tasha x

Yep tasha just not recommended that you have two bars a day as it could knock you out of ketosis... I had two shakes yesterday I just fancied it more than soup.
