Hey all,
I joined, briefly, back in January with all good intentions...however I find the forum a little confusing at the best of times. I took a little break, and I am back
I joined Slimming World on 04/01/2011 where I weighed in at 18st 1.5lbs...I am now 16st 7.5lbs.
My maths is horrendous but I believe I have lost 19lbs in total? I had been awarded my 1.5st award...and my Club 10...however I went away and subsequently blew that by gained 4.5lbs.
Just coming back on here for support really, and to offer my advice if I can help anyone who needs it.
