I have returned after about ten months away - had a bit of a 'blip' with the weight loss, and in fact coping with life in general if truth be known, but now I'm back on the right path and raring to lose this ball and chain around my neck (and waist, hips, thighs, etc)
Decided to give the new Weight Watchers plan a chance this time, as Slimming World had stopped working for me (I think I'd found it a bit too easy to 'cheat' - not only on the plan, but also myself), so will be looking to all you lovely people for support, and hope that I'll be able to reciprocate!
