With my tail between my legs!!

Hoping to stay strong for the next three weeks leading up to xmas!

Had last week off as I knew I was going out on Saturday for a massive night out. Used that as an excuse to pig out basically!

Gained nearly 5lbs (hoping thats all the carbs holding onto water and that will shift quite sharply)

My goal is to be into the 13s before xmas. Even if its 13st13lbs! (It WILL be a lucky number for me).

I'm going to upload some photos later after work so it gives me an incentive to loose and then be able to put some slimmer photos up!

I started at 18st 2lbs. I KNOW I can do it. So why do I keep dilly dallying???

I'm basically going to pitch and tent up, and live here :p

That five pounds will come off no problem. The dillydallying is probably down to it being an extremely hard time of year to diet. Don't give up, treat yourself over Xmas a little then full steam ahead for January x
