Hey All,
So after two years of managing my weight a holiday in November an Christmas have beaten my and i have piled back on so I am back for my second round of sole source. I wanna lose 2 and a half stone to get me back down to 10 stone. I am on day one and this time of the evening is when i struggled last time so I thought get on here set up a new page and keep myself busy. Anyone else on day one today? :sign0163:
