thanks sweetie,ive had another good day today so far.It was my day off but i had to go to a staff meeting and there was cakes ,sausage rolls,crisps etc.It was a nightmare but i didnt have one,even though they were in front of me for 3 hours.It was pure torturexx

Sandy it is so hot at night girl i have to sleep with nothin on and me fan goin constant.It still is boiling thoughxx

I remember in Turkey it hit 42 in the week we were there and WOWWIE that was hot! .. we had air con on full and we still slept ontop of the sheets! it was enough to melt ya flipflops! ...........

hi guys im okish.Yesterday at work one of the residents a little girl of seven called me fat.I feel stupid now but i felt like crying.It sent me on a binge.I cannot beleive that every waking minute of every day i think about my image and how fat i am .But to here someone say it really really hurt:cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Try not to be upset - kids say whatever pops into their heads and they are so likely to say something that hurts us but that they didn't mean in that way at all.

At work I have 2 staff called Emma. One is 5ft 4 and the other 5ft 1. Both about 8 stone max. The children call the 5ft 4 one 'Big Emma' and the otehr one little Emma, even though, apart from the small height difference there is nothing to choose between them.

My grandaughter calls my Mum ' Big, big big Nan Nan' - my mum is about 4ft 10 and a massive 7stone! I am over twice her size. Work that one out.

Don't worry, we all think you are lovely! Because you are!
