You are doing so well you just need a little bit of patience. Bit like me wanting to lose 10 stones by the end of the month. But I have finally realised that this journey takes time and I'm going to be working at it for a long time yet

wouldnt it be good to loose it that quick lol.Well the hours are going quite quick its 5.28 am now i finish at 7.00 but im struggling nowxx

Hi guys,thanks for all your posts.I havnt been on as im feeling really low.I havnt lost again this week.This is the first time ive really admitted this on here but im seriously wondering whether i have done the right thing.I am so much struggling,i keep seeing you all loose weight and i feel like a failure.If im honest i thought this would be the answer to all my prayers.

Don't be too disappointed. Your body could still be recovering. Is it possible you could speak to someone a dr or someone who can help perhaps taking a diary of what you have been eating just in case they could give advice. Big ((((hugs))))

Awww Paula im sorry to hear your finding it hard. I agree try writing down what your having and show the docs they might come up with something you hve just overlooked. Are you doing WW aswell still i know you were thinking on it x
 
Sending you some huggles paula xxxx .. I understand why you must be feeling this way, I agree that maybe if there was somone you could talk things through with see what they think! Also take a list of what you eat in a typical day ... Maybe your sort of plateuing ?? ... im thinking on the same lines as not eating enough puts your body into starvation mode ?! could this be somthing to think about or mention? ..

Don't feel bad that you're struggling because I am too. I've joined WW about 4 times everytime I've been a lot heavier than the last time. If dieting was easy there would be no fat people! Maybe you just need to give yourself a break from thinking about it for, say, a week or two and cum into it fresh and ready to go. I bet you constantly think of dieting even when you're not 'on it' because I do. Give yourself a break!

Hi! I'm sorry you're feeling so down. I know how it feels to feel like it's just never going to happen. But don't give up, because then it definitely won't! Sometimes our bodies just don't do what we want them to do, but if you perservere then I'm sure you will see results. Yeah writing stuff down could be good, there could be one of two things in your diet that you're getting too much of, or too little of. I'm not an expert but checking these things out is definitely a positive step! I understand what it is to feel low about weight, and it's hard to break away from, but just keep going day by day. It's the only way to do it sometimes!! :rolleyes: Hope you feel much better soon! xx
