Im back!

After being 100% for over a month I became very ill, nothing to do with SnS but I had to stop 3 weeks ago, and have been on steroids ever since, vile operation but now ok.. upset but going to re-start tomorrow. I've put on 5lbs which probably isn't that bad considering the steroids and eating normally with zero exercise!!!

So I'm restarting tomorrow and again will be 100%

Welcome back hun, how are you feeling now??

Steroids are a bummer I've had long courses for crohns, they work but leave you puffy

Hi hun, welcome back. Glad your better now.
I've been on steroids on and off for over 6 months and in that time put 3.5 stones on! But now I've been weaned off and I've been able to re-start SnS. It's a bummer when you're on steroids!

Welcome back huni, i do remember you from when i was last here! my old username was pinklady1911 but i had some upset and came off S&S and totally screwed it up so im back now to shift the bit ive gained and finally get to goal,. heres to us! lovely bunch on this forum they really do help to keep spirits high
