Im getting hungry

I'm doing SS but getting really hungry at times so I've started nibbling on slices of lean ham of chargrilled chicken pieces. I though that having protein would be better than having crisps or biscuits etc. Has anyone else done this and what were the effects on weight loss:confused:
 
I have done this
But I don't advise starting todo it as u won't b able to stop doing it all through the diet
Hit it on the head now
If yr hungry i would have an ss+ meal instead of nibbling
Every now and again I have an ss+ meal if I'm hungry. Prob 1 every 2 weeks sometimes every week to stop me nibbling

Think as long as its lean protein its ok, obviously as long as It's small amounts. I have done it instead of having naughty stuff and still lost x

Ham has a higher fat content so go for chicken, tuna or white fish or prawns. Bernard matthews have small packs of cooked turkey for £1 and v few calories, i keep them in the freezer as stock for potential emergencies! X
 
Thanks guys - got weighed tonight and lost 2lbs which feels pretty crappy considering I'm eating so little.

Now need to admit to a blowout when I got home from being weighed - 1 x buttered bagel, 1 x chicken & bacon club sandwich, fries, 1 x vanilla cupcake & 1 x mini almond magnum. I feel so much better than I did and the hunger has gone (at last) I now feel I can start afresh tommorow more focussed. Hope i can pull it back around as I've still got away to go.
