I've just registered to this forum & posted an introduction post.
I have just started the Slimming World diet & part of the reason for joining is that I am getting married in October this year.
(Woo!)
So, I'm not sure what a realistic target would be to set to try & lose. I have what, 7 & bit months?! I want to try & get at least 2 stones off, so I'll put that as my target weight loss.
I also have a treadmill at home and an excersise bike. I would go to the gym but I work, have a 6yr old son & my fiance works late shifts.
I'm not too sure what else to add here but I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!
Anyone else getting hitched in October?
