Original Im hungry

    Please help I'm really feeling hungry today
    I've had an omelette with mushroom and cheese followed my a fresh pineapple
    Dinner was left over tea pasta el mince tomatoes tinned tomatoes peppers and onions followed by a vanilla mullerlight
    I've drank no added sugar cordial and I'm starving!

    You could have 2 alpen light bars as you HEB or more fruit? Or maybe use your syns and have a chocolate bar (Curly Wurly's are 6.5 syns and i love them) X

    I don't have alpen light bars I don't like them lol plus I'm saving my Heb for bread as I'm making sw kfc tonight yum - may treat myself to a synned treat but it can't be a curly wurly as I don't have them in lol hmm dunno as I may just eat loads of bad things - I've just gotta keep thinking my wedding dress I've gotta get in it

    You shouldn't be hungry on this plan - Ever!

    Fruit, yoghurts, eggs, fruit, sugar free jelly, Hot chocolate are just a few things you can have - there's so much free and superfree food, or with very low syns, that there's just no reason to be hungry, and if you are hungry then you need to eat more.

    Im having a hungry day today. I haven't stopped picking today. But have been good though as all free stuff.

    I just made a hugge salad with lots of lettuce, onions, peppers and tomatoes, piled a tin of tuna and made a bit of dressing with creme freche and chilli flakes!

    Wad lush - and will more than keep me going until tea!

    I also try to have strong tea... So save one of my HEA's and HEB's so that if I get hungry I can always have some weetabix! Xx

    Tea with a heap tspn spoonful of sweetener, just cured me of 'hunger', turns out I just wanted something sweet! x
