Well done you but remember you burn the calories recovering more than excersing so i wouldnt go everyday.

Thanks Red, oh no don't worry it wont be everyday, that was only when I was away without the kids so I had more time, and because it was a novalty! lol

My induction is Saturday, so yes we're both starting the same time. Exciting :D

Loving the buzz and extra energy working out gives you. So far i've been in the gym twice and been swimming got my 1st class tomorrow morning which is step, tone and shape sunday, and boxercise next tues...

Looking forward to this months weigh in, just to see what difference it'll have... :)

Glad it's going well Lisa, I had my first proper gym session yesterday followed by a swim and I was rather impressed with myself. Been swimming this morning and Monday morning too.

Have my first class tomorrow too, legs bums and tums! Also booked in for stability ball on Mon eve. The classes get really full at my gym, so have tried to book in for more but they were already full :(

Ive managed to work my way up to running for 15 mins!!! This is a huge achievement for me as i could never run at school, hated cross country etc, but have always wanted to be able to do it.

I think i'll stick at 15 for the next couple of Gym trips, as it was hard going this morning...But pleased :)

Oh well done! I actually ran on the treadmill for the first time on Monday! Not for that long mind, but had two little bursts :) I'm like you, hate running, hated it at school and still hate it now lol!

WOO HOO! felt sooo good at the gym this morning and my running's now up to 20 mins...could have done more but i don't want to do too much too soon and burn myself out!

Lovin it, and feeling so proud of myself :)

Update!!

This morning I ran 5k on the treadmill in 39min's 51 sec's....:eek:

I've been given some advice that a good time for running 5k is around 30 min's so all i've got to do is knock 9 min's off by next year's race for life and who knows I could even win!!! lol

I'm amazed at the pace i'm improving to be honest, I never thought i'd be able to run so i'm pleased, and I feel really fit too!!

Hope this inspire's some you out there...if I can do it you definately can!
