Hi guys,

I've been really bad last few days, eaten out 4 times (one day lunch and tea!) its all since OH started exante with me! Grrr!

Thought it'd b easier but seems she doesn't have much will power and she can just persuade me into anything! LOL!

Oh well not to worry, lost a lb this week so it wasn't a gain, which I'm happy about, but now I really cnt get into 100% mode again,

Doesn't help I have my DRIVING TEST tomorrow...think I will eat something or I might get the first day back on 'dizzyness' thing? What do you think!?

Anyways...if I pass I'll be celebrating with fizzy water and a shake but if I fail I'm planning on fizzy water and a shake....

.......but food being my comfort blanket I won't be surprised if I go on a huge binge....I'm gonna try real hard not to, and if I suceed then that in itself will be an achievement...guess I can't lose either way!!

I ramble too much, someone slap me! xxx milly xxxx

The only person you are cheating is yourself!

If you're finding it hard to be 100% at the moment then try doing WS for a few weeks, or however long it takes to get your head back to the right place. You can then have food, albeit limited, if you're eating out you just need to have sensible choices and watch those portions.

Doing it that way you don't have to feel guilty for eating, and you certainly don't have any excuse to say "I can't do this" and run off to fill your face with cake (or insert comfort food of choice!) ;)

Go back to doing it pack-to-pack if you need to, that way you are only dieting for a few hours at a time. You CAN do this. But you can only do it if you want to.......

cheers yam, i know all tht lol, i have been good with choices...choosing chicken salad - (and only eating the chicken and lettuce lmao...its all about the carbs! haha) so quite proud in tht respect...it so coulda been lasagne chips and garlic bread with a pudding...just a few weeks ago tht would have been my choice, i've decided to eat tomorrow morning before my test and then get back on for lunch time, that way i won't be dizzy for it and I won't have done too much damage re: weight loss etc.

Well, you can either let it get to you, or you can put it behind you, write it off as a bad few days, and move on.
