I'm the opposite, i need to be on a diet because i like too many different types of food including homemade curries, burgers, chips, waffles, homemade chapatis, any type of pasta, BBQ food, yummmmmmmm i do like healthy stuff too - honest :eek:
 
I love food and not all of it unhealthy but I'm not a big salad fan. If I'd had a cucumber instead of every curry, pizza, massive plate of pasta or chocolate bar I've ever eaten, I'd weigh 8 stone...

Well you lot are terrible but I love ya. I am gonna have Steak & kid Pie,Chips and mushy peas for starter, Indian curry for main and for sweet I think Kentucky Fried everything. Then just to freshen my mouth up I'm gonna have bottle of red wine and a double choc cake with extra thick fresh cream. YUM YUM YUM :party0049::party0011:

My boyf is taking me to Cafe Rouge for blue steak and chips and chocolate mousse when I reach target :D x
 
so much for the changing habits ha ha ha, It was a what you're actually going to eat not what you're craving hee hee does anyone else watch diners drive ins and dives on Food Network, that's terrible but I can't take my eyes off Guy chomping huge american portions, talk about food porn, my me brain says 'take a huge bite' and my tiny bit of brain that's trying to take over says 'yuck, how jolly unhealthy' I just hope that the sensible bit soon takes control. Anyone done hypnotherapy???? I know I can be sensible because I did before I got pregnant but there's always a binger in me I'd like to get rid of
 
I thought id want chips and cakes but Tinned tomatoes on whole meal toast is what Miss most :) then smoked haddock and harvester salad cart ummm....
I am going to try to eat low carb low fat and control my calories as much as I can without making myself feel too deprived. Im going to give myself One take away treat a week and a night out once a month. I also plan on keeping a close eye on the scales. No way I'll be super obese and in denial about just how huge i am again before I take action! And exercise lots more Xxx
