i'm loving this diet

after the usually starting flu , i now feel fantastic

i'm having steak and eggs for brekkie , what other diet could you do that on

i dont miss rice or pasta and the other usual carbs at all , i made the cauli rice the other night and had that with a curry , was lovely

im hooked:)

so all the newbies like me stick at it , it so worth it and the regulars on here are fab at advice , best forum i've been on:)
