I'm new and on day one!!

Hi All,

I'm new to this site and hoping by coming on this site will keep me motivated!!

i'm on day one of my diet and doing okay! I have trouble keeping motivated and thats why i thought maybe an online forum would keep me on track!!

i'm an 18 year old, who weighs 12st 10lbs :eek: and am looking to lose around 3 stone!

i really neeed serious help!!

any suggestions??

Have you taken your measurements as well as weighing yourself? Alternatively, have a pair of trousers that fit nice now and use them to see how loose they're getting. Make sure you drink loads of water. What diet are you following?

I'm not following anything at the moment just doing it off my own back. what would you say is the best diet to follow for fast results??

I'm on low carb. am still on induction, trying to get my body to eat its own fat instead of the fat I eat. not sure that makes sense....! Whatever you choose, there'll be a forum for it!
