im new and struggling tonight!

    Hi everyone, im jules and ive have just started my 4th week of cd, everything fine so far however tonite im struggling, wana eat the entire contents of my fridge! Havent as of yet tho:jelous:

    Hang in there - you've done so well for 4 weeks. Have a drink of water and go to bed early. Or if you're not sleepy, how about a lovely hot bath with lots of bubbles, and play your favourite music. Bliss!

    So agree with this advice.
    I am in my 8th week and will just say it's worth every day and such a good feeling losing those pounds. Just stick a fat photo on the fridge door or a sign with your goal.

    I'm in my 4th week.

    Not hungry but definately getted bored!

    I've slept an awful lot more since i put my mind to this, because as the others say - when you're sleeping, you aint eating! Treat yourself to an early night! ;)

    struggling over!!!!

    Hi guys and thanx for the advice! I went to bed as suggested and made it through the night without getting up to raid the fridge! Felt so happy with myself this morning and today i havnt felt as hungry, it nearly totm for me so im assuming that this is why im more hungry?:confused:
