Hang in there - you've done so well for 4 weeks. Have a drink of water and go to bed early. Or if you're not sleepy, how about a lovely hot bath with lots of bubbles, and play your favourite music. Bliss!

So agree with this advice.
I am in my 8th week and will just say it's worth every day and such a good feeling losing those pounds. Just stick a fat photo on the fridge door or a sign with your goal.

I've slept an awful lot more since i put my mind to this, because as the others say - when you're sleeping, you aint eating! Treat yourself to an early night!
Hi guys and thanx for the advice! I went to bed as suggested and made it through the night without getting up to raid the fridge! Felt so happy with myself this morning and today i havnt felt as hungry, it nearly totm for me so im assuming that this is why im more hungry?
