Hi,
I'm new on here (i hope i've done this right). I lost 2.5 stone last year, but stayed the same for ages and then in the last 6 months I've put on 6lbs so i've rejoined slimming world (online this time though).
Made a lovely chicken dish yesterday so thought i'd share with you.
I did it in the slow cooker but guess you could do it in the oven.
Chicken leg quarters (i used 5)
6 Tomatoes chopped
2 onions chopped
2 cloves of garlic (i used 2 big ones)
1 bay leaf
chicken stock (made with cube) enough to cover all of the meat
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon mild chilli powder (use more if you like it spicy)
Little bit of salt and pepper
Bung it all into the slow cooker and when you come home from work its ready and tastes gorgeous and sin free!
If you want the sauce thicker just add cornflour for the last ten minutes - 1 syn per teaspoon i think
Thanks
