Hi guys. I'm Gemma and just joined today.:) I've done ww many times and more recently have done sw but had to stop attending meetings for one reason or another. Anyways, I'm 22 weeks pregnant:flirt2: and put on nearly 6 stone:eek: with my son who is now 16 months. I'm determined not to go there this time - especially as I haven't lost it from before! I came across this forum and think it will help me a lot in the coming weeks and months. Gem xxx

I am also new to this site. Hope all is going well with your pregnancy!
I have done SW on and off for the past 7 years and it really is excellent when your pregnant and breastfeeding (the only diet of it's kind that is safe to do whilst pregnant so I'm told).

Think what you are doing is fantastic, really wish I had! Wouldn't have four babies worth of weight to lose now if I had, oh well never mind!
