I cam accross your site by chance, while searching for information on LL, and enjoyed reading the posts.

About me, I'm 44 I promised myself I would not be fat and forty, but that didn't work so now I am determined that I am going to shift the weight once and for all, hopefully finding some insperation alog the way and maybe steal some of your slimming/diet hints
