Slimming world veggie burger, roll(hexb) cheese (hexa) lettuce, gherkins, red onion. Slimming world chips. BBQ sauce-2syns

Snacks- 2x vodka and Diet Coke-5syns

Tuesday-SP day
Breakfast
Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with Alpen light bar (half hexb)
Coffee with milk-2syns

Lunch
Tomatoes, cucumber,peppers and gherkins.
Alpen light (half hexb) apple

Dinner
WW wrap made in to garlic bread with cheese (hexa+2nd hexb) chicken breast, broccoli, baby corn and mushrooms
Carte Dor light-3.5 syns. Mini flake-2syns and 2 baby meringues-2syns

Bit of a funny old day as worked all night and had to stay up this morning.

Curly wurly- 6 syns

Dinner
Pinch of nom lasagne- peppers, onions, tomatoes, tomato purée, herbs, spices and 5% mince, cheese(hexa)
Yogurt with raspberries and blueberries

Accidentally ate a cheese twist from Tesco bakery whilst waiting for a prescription- 15syns ish
Syns-27....... oops 😬 tomorrow is another day.
 
Those cheese twists are so good. Have you tried the ones from Lidl? x
