Sts this week. A little bit disappointed as food wise I’ve been totally on plan this week. So since I started three weeks ago I’ve lost a total of 2lbs I’m going with the thought that if I hadn’t been doing it I would have gained a few more lbs so any loss is a bonus 😃 I’m thinking that using my syns for alcohol is a bad idea so I will cut that out next week and eat them instead. Will be 100% on plan next week before I start my placement the following week. Likely to have a bit of a blow out tonight as out for dinner to meet my boyfriends sister for the first time 😬 back on it tomorrow though......
