I'm obese!!

Finally I'm only obese... a loss of 6.6 lbs this week takes me into the 30's for my BMI!

Something has really made the difference for sure... exercise, back to basics, tight control on the carbs!!

And I'm a third of the way thru my weightloss journey!!

Excellent, youre an inspiration, that must be close to an average 3lbs a week eating food that is delicious and not dry fat free salads etc.

Carb creep is so easy & detrimental! I've been logging my foods on myfitnesspal just to keep a check on what I was doing.
