It's my sixth week and I am really struggling to not eat or even think about food! I dont know if it's because I over indulged over the weekend for Valentines or my body is getting fed up with the shakes! I must admit I am missing something savoury for brekkie and lunch. I ended up going home last night and binging on junk!! I've now put 3lbs on! What can I do? Please help before I put anymore weight on!
