I'm really Struggling with SF this week

It's my sixth week and I am really struggling to not eat or even think about food! I dont know if it's because I over indulged over the weekend for Valentines or my body is getting fed up with the shakes! I must admit I am missing something savoury for brekkie and lunch. I ended up going home last night and binging on junk!! I've now put 3lbs on! What can I do? Please help before I put anymore weight on!

Im on week 7 and up till monday i'd been angelic pretty much for all that time, and then the last 2 days ive just gone a bit mad and eaten anything i could find lol. But im not trying to scratch my week back, im just being an angel from now again and hoping i can get a stay the same and not a gain this week. If your struggling, think about why you wanted to lose weight on day 1, week 1. What were your reasons for starting slimfast? And how good will it feel to get to that goal you have in your head... and giving up now will not help you get to that amazing feeling of achieving something that only you could do for yourself! Don't give up, I know how hard it is, but keep your chin up, and you will get there!

Hey, thanks for that! Really like that idea of going back to my thinking on week one and the amount of motivation I had and why I want to lose this weight for the last time and not go through being on a diet for the rest of my life!! I'm gonna get exercising this week and hope to lose the excess 3lbs I put on, if not I won't stress and just continue with my head up!!
