I'm scared

Yay Twinny!!! SO chuffed you found a good match!! Well done, and good luck!!!

I mix my soups generally with about 400mls water as I like to have the volume - feels more filling. Butyou can make them thick or thin - all down to preference.

Definately get a blenfer, and sometimes try grinding the shakes up with ice like asmoothy for variety!!

All the best wishes on your journey!!

Oh - the lemon exercise - in our 1st group she had us close out eyes and she described a lemon - she wathed us and noticed who actually swallowed while she was describing it. It was to demonstrate how just our thoughts can lead us to eat, etc.

Hi Twinny,

yep, CDer butting in again...

Just to say "go Twinny"...
You sound so happy and positive and that is the best way. I'm glad you found a lovely councellor as well, that is half the rent in this game....

All the best..

Good on you twinny!

Hand blender is good for hot soups and shakes, but if you like yur shake turned into ice cream, a jug blender is probably better. Add about 8 big cupes of ice to 150 ml water and zap!

Best of luck!
