Im so hungry today!!!

Am actually starving today I think probably because I'm pre menstrual!! So far I have had....


Breakfast

3 ww sausages 1/2 syn each
4 bacon medallions
Scrambled egg
Fresh pineapple
1 wholemeal roll

Lunch

Chicken and prawn salad with mushrooms,tomato,lettuce, cucumber
Smash garlic bread with hex a cheese on top


For tea I'm making chicken tikka sw style, boiled rice and sw chips


I can't get my head round eating this much and I will still lose weight!!


Please tell me this is normal for others some days :)
