Extra Easy i'm stuck

being doing s/w for on and off a year, and have lost a stone which i'm managing to keep off, but i'm stuck here, for about 6months. i stopped going to meetings. (from general disappointment) Try to stick to the plan at home but have limited support. i want to loose more weight. i struggle with breakfast ( i don't want to always use my health extra's) which makes me struggle with lunch .Any support, tips or words of wisdom greatly appreciated
 
Sorry to hear that you struggle with SW, I also do Ee and find that is the best option as there is such choice. I usually start with Beans on 2 toast, 1 egg, followed by 1 apple, with a cup of coffee and a glass of apple cordial, then dinner from my recipe book, today it will be Yuk Sung, supper will be a big breakfast.This will be about 8 syns, 1 Hea & 1Heb........
