I'm trying again...:)

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this forum. I did SW after my first child and lost most of my baby weight. I had my 2nd child 2 years ago and think its about time to lose all the weight!
I remember all the stuff about green and red days etc but I was wondering if anyone would mind explaining Extra Easy to me please?
I understand that you can eat the free foods together?
It seems too good to be true if thats the case :)
