Well after having an alcohol blowout this weekend, resulting in a 3lb gain and being kicked out of ketosis. i have decided to start a diary to keep me focused
Todays food has been
B. half a chicken breast,wrapped in bacon and stuffed with garlic and philly (leftovers from last night) with 1oz cheese
L. prawns, salad and 1 tbsp hellmans mayo
S. 1 pepperami and 1 cheesestring
D. cheeseburger (no bun), kale with mushrooms and a butter/cream sauce (1oz cream)
S. Chicken/bacon/philly breast
2 coffees
4x500ml bottles water
I've eaten loads today as i feel so hungry and i'm not happy with the cheese and cream creeping back in to my diet but until i get back into ketosis, it's taking all my willpower not to slap a couple slices of white bread into the toaster
