WEDNESDAY

Had an ok day today but not feeling great this evening. Also went for a mile walk... Not a lot I know but its better than festering in my room all day studying!

Food diary:

12:00 - Small croissant with:
Bertoli spread
Wafer thin ham
Low fat mature chedder cheese

18:30 - 1 x Garlic Wrap with:
Chargrilled Chicken Breast Slices
Green Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Tomato
Spring Onion

22:30 - Chicken Cup-a-Soup with:
3 x slice of white bread

Periodically in evening - 3 x Sugar Free Strawberry boiled sweets
2 x Sugar Free Butterscotch boiled sweets

Drink today: Sugar Free Orange & Mango Squash, Sugar Free Orange Squash, Diet Cola.
 
Do you find your food fills you up tho? I'd be famished eating that. Don't mean to be rude by the way, just how I see it! :) well done on the mile walk tho! I tend to run up and down the stairs on my patrols so that keeps me going all night :)
 
Today I have been absolutely swamped with work so I haven't really thought about food that much. However, it's when i'm bored that I start feeling hungry - so I tell myself its not hunger at all its just the fact that i'm not busy. I've also been trying to eat slower and chew more etc. Before, i'd ram things so fast down my throat that I didn't have time to fill up before I'd scoffed the lot!

Just trying to find a happy medium at the moment between overindulgence and starvation haha!
 
THURSDAY 21/01/11

Thought i'd just jot this down... Can't believe how great I feel today! Probably not lost any weight yet and have only been going a few days but I feel much brighter and optomistic. Not sure whether its the healthier eating, the multivitamins i'm taking or just better mental attitude.

It's particularly suprising I feel so good today considering I felt really quite sick late last night!
 
Think I have got confused with my days somewhere because I have missed a food diary day somewhere lol! The one labelled as Wednesday is actually Thursday. and this one (although now technically Saturday) is for Friday!

FRIDAY 21/01/11

12:45 - Medium Bowl of Rice Crispies with Semi-Skimmed Milk

18:00 - 1 x Small Croissant with:
Wafer Thin Ham
Bertoli Spread
Low Fat Mature Chedder Cheese

Then: 225g of Vanilla Fat Free Mulla Light Yoghurt

22:30 - 2 x Hard Boiled Eggs
2 x Slice of White Bread
Bertoli Spread
2 x Tomato

Then: 225g of Vanilla Fat Free Mulla Light Yoghurt

Drink - Water/Orange Squash (Sugar Free)
 
SATURDAY 23/01/11

Food diary:

12:00 - Medium bowl of Special K with Semi-Skimmed Milk

16:30 - 1 x garlic wrap with:
Chargrilled Chicken Breast Slices
Sweetcorn
1 x Tomato

19:45 - 1 x Plum

21:15 - 6 x Rice Cake with
6 x Slice of Wafer Thin Ham
1 x Tomato
2 x Hard Boiled Egg

Had a good day until this evening when I relented and had:

02:15 - A Very Large Bowl of Special K with Semi-Skimmed Milk

Feel bad now i've eaten it - but nevermind, could have been worse!
 
SUNDAY 23/01/11

17:15 - 1 x Small Croissant with:
3 x Slice of Wafer Thin Ham
Bertoli Spread
Low Fat Mature Chedder Cheese

22:30 - 2 x Hard Boiled Egg
2 x Slice of White Bread
Bertoli Spread
1 x Orange

Had an ok day today. Shopping day tomorrow - actually looking forward to it! Just hope that when I get weighed on Tuesday morning I will see some results!

Felt as though I had a good day... long but food wise, good. Howevr, relented again whilst working in the early hours. Angry, becoming a bit of a habit!:

3 x Slice of Mini Chicken Breast Circle
Extra Light Mayo

Hey weigh-in went well thanks! Down to 28st 6lb (398 lb) which is a loss of 17lb! I know that this kind of weight loss can't be sustained but its nice to see some results early on! Also I have achieved two of my mini goals: to get under 29st and to get under 50.0 BMI!

Hey Balboa - fantastic loss- you must be feeling great!!

Maybe you could factor in something to eat when you're working late (even if it's a yogurt and fruit) so you don't end up feeling guilty for eating when you get hungry.
 
Thanks guys and gals. Feel pretty good. Just hope I can keep it up! Thinking of specifically counting calories from tomorrow onwards.
