I think when I've lost a significant amount of weight before, it has come off quite quickly so maybe there is a bit of luck involved?!
I am exercising though and have been since end of week 5. I do think the water is really helping. Never *ever* thought I could drink this much water but can't think of a day when I haven't had at least 4ltrs. And weirdly, TOTM has a positive impact on my loss. No idea what that's all about!
The 3st was a real milestone for me in that I've yo-yo'd 3st gain-loss-gain-loss for the last few years, so now that 3st is gone I almost feel like I'm at the real starting point.
Also very motivated in that I really cannot think where the last 50 days have gone. The time is passing by really quickly now which is brilliant as I'm terrible for looking too far ahead and making myself a bit crazy thinking of the whole long hot summer ahead and being in complete abstinence. I'm also very impatient and have been worried about boredom hitting in a big way - I am a bit bored, but not enough to jump!
