In the Food Directory is it the dry weight or made up weight you measure?

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. If an item in the food directory says "100g made up according to the packet" am I measuring the product before or after making it up? I am trying to work out the Easiyo ice cream. Thank you.

I believe it means dry weight because to me "100g made up according to the packet" says 100g of the powder, made up with extra ingredients from instructions. But feel free to correct me if I am wrong, anyone.

Thank you, it was good while it lasted. 100g of the Easiyo ice cream made up is much smaller than 100g of powder then made up. But I'd rather get it right and there is a huge difference.
