Hi SW buddies..
My losses have really started slowing down in last 2 (1lb, then 1lb) weeks and need to really make that change to improve my loss. Changed from EE to Red/Green last week and still the same. So back to EE this week.. but really need help..
So tips needed. So far I have listed a few that will help me:

So tips needed. So far I have listed a few that will help me:
- Drink more water
- Walk more
- Eat more salad and veggies
- Eat more sf Fruit even if i'm covering the 1/3 plate rule on EE
- Reduce Carbs
