Independence Day Challenge!!

Hope everyone is well today and those that have been poorly are feeling a little better :)

Feels weird my WI being Wed, am so used to it being Fri. Makes me worry that I won't have lost, which makes no sense. Am 2lb down already. Fingers crossed. Anyone else on Wed?

Witchy - ditto thankyou for the water reminder! Are we supposed to be drinking more water in hot weather? Probably... need to up my intake I think!

Watergirl - I'm sure your weigh in will go fine! Yoga sounds fun, I'm going to up the exercise a bit this week I think (AND the revision!!). Still feeling crappy with a sore throat though, not fun.

Well I had my weigh in today - only lost 2lbs, so again another poor loss, but I am due my TOTM anytime soon so it's probably due to that. Plus I lost an inch off my waist from last week, so it's definitely coming off. Just a bit scary when I'm on so few kcals and having 2lb losses, hopefully I can push for 4lbs next week as I'm getting weighed on Tuesday instead of Monday. Will still be happy with 3lbs though... just not 2lbs again!

Oh and, a little poem for when you have the odd slip up... it helped me and I hope it helps someone else if they go through a bad patch!

Got my first WI of this challenge tomorrow. I am serial picker so I am not expecting anything remarkable. But a loss would be a loss. :p

Well done to all those who have lost this week. This diet can be hard work. I have had to leave the living room (even tho Corrie is on :mad:) cos my Hubby is having his dinner and today is the first time in ages i have been 100%. I don't want to be tempted into submission. :eek:

So, i am on here instead conversing with you lovely guys and gals.

You are all a welcome distraction xxx

OK, i have had my WI this morning and I celebrating (NOT) an astounding 0.5lb weight loss!!!!:booboo:

Yes, i know, remarkable! What can i say?

Oooops. I think a quote from one of my old school reports is befitting at this time:

lemma hun - although you're disappointed, it will will will come off - I promise you! I lost 1/2 lb last week and was sooooooo gutted, I tried soo hard and was gutted, but this week it's up to 2 1/4lbs again, so although you may feel down today, keep going, next week it will be better :) ((hugs))

Lemma - how are you feeling today? Don't feel discouraged - you CAN and will do it. Once you've stuck to it a few days, it becomes habit, honestly. Good luck for your weigh in next week!

Sorry guys I haven't been on today - first exam next Monday, stressed :( Once my exams are all over on the 15th I'll be much more active, promise!

Hi peeps. How's everyone doing today? Not been on in a while as have been over on the DIBB disney forum trying to figure out my holiday!

Decided to go 21st Sep to 6th Aug. There's a few of us on here that love Disney, so thought I'd mention it. Well done on the losses everyone, no matter how much, it's all going in the right direction!!!
