Indian help

    Ok so was planning on a chicken tandoori with p rice.

    But a vindaloo is only 8 syns whereas tandoori is 9.5. Which doesn't make sense to me as a sauce seems naughtier.

    But what's concerning me is the "average portion" does this have a weight or what comes in your average take away container? Xx

    A few things really. If been ill and had to come if my contrastive injection so took a break put some weight on. Went back on cambridge and was really struggling as well as no periods and thought it might be the reason. Came off cambridge periods came back and thought it must be part of the reason. But wanted to still be in control of food. Still have 4 stone to loose but lost 10 lbs in week 1. Half way through week 2.

    How about you? Why did you convert?

    I switched from cd to many different fad - 5:2 ww cc and then decided a couple of weeks ago to go back to sw.

    Lost 5.5 in first week had a dodgy second week and third (bhol and two weekends away) and have maintained since. Working this week so week 4 wi will be missed. But know I've lost this week. So hoping to get my 7lbs next sat!!

    Cd didn't do my mentality any good. I gained every lb back and started sw at the same weight I started cd at. :( nvm we live and learn!

    Wow well done you that's great!! I've messed around for a while now. But back into the exercise now so
    Hoping it all comes off now :) xx

    Oh no! Sorry to hear that! Yes I know what you mean. I thought I had it sorted but then old habits just crept back in. I want to learn how to control my eating better.

    Well done on your loss so far though. I think slower is definately better.

    Yeah my mentality became a all or nothing. If I ate one thing if binge bc tomorrow I wouldn't be eating again. Not a very healthy attitude. I did sw before and lost 5 st. Got about 1.5 st to get back to that number! Wish me luck haha!

    Yes! I was doing exactly the same thing!

    I haven't done a diary on here. But use the online diary on the Sw website.

    That's incredible! 1.5 stone isn't that much further so I'm sure you can do it.

    It's funny how we've both diverted into the same path though haha!

    Yeah hopefully it won't take too long I may readjust target when I get there as originally it was lower but think that's a good starting point and seems less scary and far away! X
