Hi, i am new to this forum and have been following slimming world for 8 weeks and to date have lost 19lbs. I have been out for an indian tonight, and was wondering how many syns i am likely to have used.

    Starter: Chicken tikka and salad
Main course: Chicken rogan josh and plain pilau
Drink: diet coke and coffee with dash of milk (HE1)

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Mel

I am curry mad but a lamb rogan is lower than chicken think its 8 sins boiled rice is free on EE, not sure about the starter,
shouldn't think it would be too bad it depends on how much oil they use i suppose.

Sorry havent got my book on me, so could be more helpful

    Might be similar...

Minus 6 syns for rice if on EE/Green
