Hi all,

Is anybody able to tell me what my best options are for an Indian meal? pre diet I would have kourma, pilau rice, naan bread, onion bhaji and popodoms with mango chutney.

Don't really know what my best option is now!

Hello, what type of meat do you like? If you let me.know I'll list all the lowest point meals for the meat.

Below is what your pre diet foods are and also the lower point option

Rice - Pilau - 16
Plain - 12

Naan - Peshwari - 18
Plain - 12

Poppadom - 4 each

Onion bhajee - 8

Mango chutney - 1per tsp

Balti - 18
Shashlick - 9 (starter size)
Tikka (8 pieces) - 14
Tandoori (half) - 15
Korma - 24
Jalfrezi - 24
Tikka Masala - 23

Lamb (all very high 34-40, lowest is below)

Rogan Josh - 29

The eating out guide doesn't cover beef but a Tandoori Mixed Grill (starter size) is 11

I'm having an Indian tonight but having half a chicken Balti and half plain rice
