Indian Take Away

Just wondering if anyone can help me please...
I'm at a friends tomorrow night for an Indian Takeaway. I was thinking about having -

Tandori Chicken
Half a Plain Naan
Hald a portion of boiled Rice

I get this to about 700 calories is this right??

Do you have any suggestions of anything better to have?

I have tandori chicken, but I'm boring and take a bag of lettuce to my friends to go with it!

I've read lots that aloo saag is a good choice to have for an indian?? Not sure if it's better than tandoori chicken though! :)

saag aloo is really really nice - potatoes and spinach! Real good :-D

My fiance is indian and im constantly having to avoid all of the buttery high fat indian food!
