I cook for the 2 of us all the time stir fry's salmon pie & veg pork steak & veg loads of everyday food just weigh your pointable things & fill up your plate with free veggies

tonight Im having chicken salad - chicken, free salad (fresh,mix bag, peppers toms, spring onion, cucumber), tiny amount grated low fat cheese, low fat mayo & splash of balsamic glaze(asda's own - yum) oh & because its Friday a chilled Sauv Blanc!!!:giggle:
