someone in work volunteered me as a joke for the Manchester 10k run at first I was very angry because i knew they were taking the michael but now im starting to think hmmmmm maybe i should do it and prove the silly cow wrong .. I need to get my ankle ok'd by a doctor and a physio to run any distance on but once thats done there is no reason why i couldnt have a go at starting to train for it and if i dont feel up to the 10k run nearer the time will just go and do a race for life instead still something i wouldnt have done pre weight loss. By the time they come around next year i will deffo be thinner and fitter
