Interchanging S&S and Exante packs

A friend has given me some of her unused Exante packs. Is it possible to interchange the Extante and S&S pack? I have started the 4 a day S&S today, but would like to use up the Exante packs that I have been given, though I understand that Exante is only 3 packs per day? Advice please.

You'd probably be better off doing a day of Exante, then day of S&S really. The packs are different sizes, like you said Exante are bigger and more cals so 3 a day, S&S are smaller so 4 a day so you can't really just swap one for the other. You probably would be ok if you did but you are risking not getting all the nutrients that you need so keeping to one for the day but having different days would, I think, be the best option.
